| Nomination Eligibility and Qualifications |
- Any student-athlete who attended Knox or Lombard College for two or more years, having an excellent record in one or more intercollegiate sports, and having conducted themselves as an undergraduate and alumnus/alumna in such a way as to reflect honor on the college.
- Teams, coaches, faculty, administrators and friends of the college are also eligible.
- No student-athlete shall be considered until five years after leaving the college.
- An employee of the athletic department may not be considered for nomination until one year after leaving the college’s employment. Every effort will be made to have a diverse induction class.

About Knox-Lombard Hall of Fame
The Knox-Lombard Athletic Hall of Fame started with the inaugural class in 1987 with the purpose to recognize the excellence of the College’s student-athletes and teams who participated in one or more intercollegiate sports.
Recipients of the award are honored at an induction banquet during Homecoming each fall. Bronze plaques recognizing all Hall of Fame recipients hang in T. Fleming Fieldhouse, in a room named in memory of Allan P. Christiansen, an outstanding athlete and long-time administrator at Knox College. There are currently 228 individuals and 14 teams, representing 23 sports, that have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
You can nominate here, and the deadline to nominate is February 1.
It is up to the nominator to provide as much information on a candidate as possible, justifying in detail why your nominee is deserving of membership in the Knox-Lombard Athletic Hall of Fame. Incomplete nomination forms, including those asking for the athletics department to provide further information, will not be considered.
