MONMOUTH, Illinois—The Prairie Fire competed at Elmhurst on Thursday and at Monmouth over the weekend.
 
Knox placed 16^th out of 19 teams at Elmhurst and 11^th out of 12 teams at Monmouth.
 
Duncan Wheeler (Pensacola, FL, Alta Loma) finished two over par at Elmhurst to finish in a tie for 18^th individually.
 
Patrick Martin (Aspen, CO, Aspen) paced the Prairie Fire at Monmouth with a total score of 158. Martin and Wheeler both shot 74 on day one which put them in a tie for fifth place heading into day two.
 
Knox will next compete at the Midwest Conference Championships at Aldeen Golf Club April 28-30.
