Griffin combined for 34 kills and 33 digs in two 3-1 wins by Knox on the road in Midwest Conference matches against Monmouth College and Grinnell College.Â
She recorded 16 kills and 16 digs in a 3-1 (25-23, 25-23, 25-27, 25-22) victory on October 28 at Monmouth College, the first win by Knox against the Fighting Scots since the 1997 season. Griffin came back in the season finale at Grinnell College on November 1 with a match-high 18 kills to go along with 17 digs and three service aces as Knox prevailed 3-1 (25-23, 26-28, 25-23, 25-18). The Prairie Fire posted their first win over the Pioneers since 2006.
Griffin led the Midwest Conference in kills with 330 and kills per set with 3.14. She also helped Knox finish with the most wins in Midwest Conference play since the 1995 season.
