Knox College Prairie Fire

First-year Frances Larsen competed in the 3000 meter Steeplechase at the University of Dubuque Invite on April 18.  She ran the race in 13:09.45, the seventh-fastest time in the event on record at Knox.

Larsen now owns two of the top 10 times in the 3K Steeple. Her personal best is 13:03.69 at the Knox Open on March 28, which ranks #4 on the all-time performance list.

Larsen set three new top 10 individual marks during the indoor season as well.  She’s #9 in the mile, #10 in the 3000 meters, and #7 in the 5000 meters.
