Knox College Prairie Fire

Junior Mia Savard (Menifee, California) is the recipient of the Prairie Fire Performer of the Week Award.  The honor follows Savard's selection as the Midwest Conference Women's Golf Performer of the Week on October 4.

Savard finished in a tie for second place on October 1 at the Grinnell College Invitational in Grinnell, Iowa.  She had the best round of her career, an 83, and was just one stroke behind the first place finisher in the tournament.
