Knox College Prairie Fire

A junior from Savannah, Georgia, Russell Wright has been a consistent performer for Knox this season at both ends of the court. In the four games during the last two weeks, the 6-6 forward has averaged 11.3 points and 6.5 rebounds, hitting more than half of his field goals (17-of-33) in the process. He posted a season-high 16 points in the conference opener at Grinnell, then added his second career double-double at home versus Lawrence with 11 points and 10 rebounds. His 10 blocked shots and nine steals lead the team this year, and his 23 assists are just one shy of the team lead.
