Knox College Prairie Fire

The men’s soccer team played three matches last week, and Dera was prominently involved in all three as he scored a goal in each contest. The native of Palm Bay, Florida, scored the lone Prairie Fire goal against Augustana on Sept. 9 in a 2-1 defeat. Four days later, he provided the only goal of the entire match in a 1-0 triumph over Dominican University, giving Knox its first win of the season. The very next day, he tallied another game-winning goal in a 2-1 road victory at Wisconcin Lutheran College.
