Knox College Prairie Fire

Josh Stewart, a native of Auckland, New Zealand, registered the fifth double-double of his career with 13 points and 10 rebounds to help the Prairie Fire open the season with a 68-65 victory over Westminster College (Mo.). The 6-3 guard hit 3-of-4 field goals and 7-of-8 at the line to account for his 13 points, plus also dished out a team-high four assists and stole the ball twice. Knox has now won its season opener in five of the last six full seasons.
