Knox College athlete Lance Miller also made a bit of history over the weekend. Miller, a senior, set a new Knox College indoor track record, running the 3000 meters in 8:38.40, capturing the title at the Grinnell Invitational.  

Miller now has the third-fastest time in the Midwest Conference this season, in both the 800 and 3000.
