Men's Soccer Plays to Draw With Lake Forest

GALESBURG, IL- The Prairie Fire men's soccer team played to a scoreless tie with Lake Forest College on Saturday afternoon. 

The Prairie Fire outshot the Foresters 8-7 overall, including a 5-4 advantage in shots on goal.

Nico Lantzendorffer saved all four shots on goal he faced.

"Lake Forest is a tough team" said head coach Kevwe Akpore."They got the better of us today, but we are looking on as we have another tough conference team coming up next week."

The Prairie Fire will travel to Jacksonville for a match against Illinois College on October 3rd.
