Played in 37 of the 38 games, starting 34, primarily at second base or in center field, but also played the corner outfield positions as well as third base … led the team in runs scored (27), stolen bases (17), walks (24), hit by pitches (10) and on-base percentage (.442) … reached base safely in his first 12 games … walked as a pinch hitter in his first collegiate plate appearance … rapped out his first hit the next game, a game-tying, RBI single in the ninth inning against Anderson, then scored on a wild pitch as Knox took the lead before losing in extra innings … began the spring trip with two hits, two RBIs and two stolen bases in an 8-2 win over Maine-Presque Isle … walked four times — including twice in one inning — and scored three times in a 17-0 blowout of Principia … stroked an RBI double against St. Lawrence for his first extra-base hit … reached base four times on two singles and two walks, plus crossed the plate twice in a 5-4 win over Wisconsin-Eau Claire … went 3-for-4 with two walks and three runs in an 18-14 slugest loss to Grinnell … singled, stole second and scored the walk-off run in a 6-5, 10-inning victory over UChicago … had two hits and a walk in the second game of the twinbill against the Maroons as well … ended the season going 3-for-4 and driving in a run in the ninth before scoring the walk-off winner to cap a three-run rally in the 6-5 win over Ripon.

Son of Steven and Jessica Kemp has one brother, Mason, and two sisters, Brooklynn and Avah … born on Nov. 29, 2004 … minoring in education … came to Knox to continue playing baseball and get an education at a good school … plans on becoming a conservation officer or game warden after completing his studies … enjoys fishing, hunting and racing.
