Saw action in 18 games as a first baseman and DH, starting 10 contests … showed power potential at the plate with five hits all going for extra-bases — four doubles and a home run — in 32 at-bats … went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two runs, an RBI and a stolen base in a 13-3 win over Lakeland to pick up his first collegiate hits … belted a solo homer against the University of Chicago, then ripped a double in the next game against the Maroons … lone pitching appearance came against Illinois Wesleyan.
