Earned a spot on the Academic All-Midwest Conference Spring Team again … saw action in more than half the games (21) while starting 15 contests … second on the team with four home runs … first hit of the season was a pinch-hit, RBI single in an 8-2 win over Maine-Presque Isle … hit his first career four-bagger against Illinois College, a solo shot … three days later had a season-high three hits while falling a triple shy of the cycle with another solo blast in a 6-5, 10-inning win over the University of Chicago … reached base safely in 12 of his last 13 games, hitting .333 (16-for-48) over that span … cranked a two-run shot against local rival Monmouth College … belted another two-run bomb the very next day against Ripon, finishing the game 2-for-6 with a season-high three RBIs … in the season finale, started the scoring in the 6-5 win over Ripon with an RBI double.

Named to the Academic All-Midwest Conference Spring Team … played in 11 games as a rookie, starting five times … first collegiate hit was an RBI single that ended a 10-0 win over UHSP … started a comeback from an eight-run deficit in the eighth by drawing a leadoff walk in a 12-11 win over Colby-Sawyer … also had a double and stole two bases in that game.
