Earned a spot on the Academic All-Midwest Conference Spring Team for a second time … itched in 11 games, starting eight, the second-most on the squad … also second in strikeouts (30) and third in innings pitched (35.1) … also saw action in six others games, starting four as a position player … tossed a scoreless inning in his season debut at Anderson … allowed two runs on just one hit over 4.1 innings while striking out four in his first start at Eureka … closed out an 8-2 win over Maine-Presque Isle with a scoreless ninth … earned first collegiate victory against SUNY Canton, surrending a solitary run on four hits over six stanzas, fanning five in the 3-2 triumph … punched out four without a walk in 3.2 innings of relief at Beloit … posted another six-inning, one-run performance at Monmouth with a season-high six strikeouts to pick up the W in a 4-3 victory … produced his lone RBI in 12 at-bats on a sacrifice fly against St. Lawrence on the spring trip.

Named to the Academic All-Midwest Conference Spring Team … appeared in six games as a pitcher and eight more as a position player, starting seven of those contests … struck out two batters in an inning of work against Colby-Sawyer in his collegiate debut on the mound … tossed a scoreless inning in each of his first two relief appearances against Williams and Beloit … all five of his hits at the plate came in the series against Ripon — including a three-hit game — as he went 5-for-12 with three doubles, a walk and two RBIs.
