Named to Academic All-Midwest Conference Spring Team … saw action in 16 games as a rookie, starting 13 times … belted a pair of homers, tying him for second on the squad … hit .262/.373/.429 in part-time duty … first collegiate homer was a two-run blast against UHSP … also doubled and scored twice in the 10-0 shutout win … finished the season strong, going 8-for-20 in his last six games … had a huge game in the season finale with a two-run single and a grand slam for six RBIs against Grinnell, the most for a Prairie Fire hitter in four years.
