Knox College Prairie Fire

Behrens, a senior, hit a tiebreaking grand slam to help Knox defeat Ripon College 13-5 at the Midwest Conference Classic April 10 in Janesville, Wisconsin. 

Behrens stepped to the plate with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fourth inning after Ripon tied the game, 5-5, in the top half of the fourth.  She drove a pitch over the fence to give Knox the lead for good.

Behrens finished with two hits, one walk, three runs scored, and four RBI.
