BELOIT, Wisconsin—The Prairie Fire cross country teams competed at the Beloit Olde English Invitational on Saturday.

The women's team placed sixth out of seven teams and the men earned a fourth place finish out of five teams.

Iris Berto finished sixth overall for the women with a time of 25:33.8. Meaghan Dorsey placed 12
th overall in a time of 26:42.0. Emily Miller (27:07.7), Danica Dosmann (29:13.9), and Natalie Laird (33:27.5) rounded out the top-five for Knox.

Isaac Hughes paced the men's team with a 14
th place finish at 29:42.9. Alex Baker (30:32.7), Jon Rico (31:19.3), Jevon Stephenson (35:58.8), and Blake Geisler (40:30.7) rounded of the top-five for the Prairie Fire.

Knox returns to action on October 5 at Loras College.
