CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Prairie Fire men's soccer team played to a scoreless tie with Coe on Saturday night.
The Kohawks outshot Knox 12-6 overall, but only held a 4-3 advantage in shots on goal.
Nico Lantzendorffer saved all four shots on goal he faced.
"This wasn't the result we were looking for, but still earned a tie against a tough team," said head coach Kevwe Akpore.
"We have a tough test this week with two tough conference teams, so we'll get back to work."
The Prairie Fire return to action on September 27 as they host Grinnell to begin conference play.
