The Midwest Conference announced its all-conference softball teams after the tournament, with Prairie Fire senior Maddie Hicks earning first-team honors as an at-large selection. Hicks had been named to the second team after the 2024 season.

Hicks, from Stansbury Park, Utah, led the Prairie Fire with 35 hits and was a perfect 7-for-7 in stolen base attempts. She ranked second in batting average (.368), third in OPS (.854), and third in on-base percentage (.465).

Additionally, Hicks drove in 12 runs, scored 12 runs, and had 37 total bases. She also led the team with 15 walks while only striking out twice in 95 at-bats.

As a result of her accomplishments, Hicks became the first Knox softball player named first-team All-MWC since Amber Eisha and Kayla Behrens earned First Team MWC South honors in 2014.
