Saw action in nine of the 10 games as a rookie, and had at least one tackle in eight of those contests … saw more and more time on the field as the season progressed … recorded a solo tackle in his collegiate debut in the season-opening, 7-6 win over Eureka in the Lincoln Bowl … had three stops at Lawrence to contribute to the 35-34 road victory … ended the season with a personal-best five tackles while breaking up three passes as well, one of which was in the end zone.
