2024
Earned a spot on the
College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team … started the first five games and the season finale behind center … completed 26 passes for 226 yards to led the team in both categories, plus was third on the squad with 264 rushing yards while running for a pair of touchdowns … connected on a season-high seven throws against both UChicago and Ripon, posting a season-best 77 yards against the former and a personal-high 58.3 completion percentage against the latter … put Knox on the board at Beloit with a 13-yard scoring scamper — part of his career-best 86 rushing yards — in an eventual 17-13 victory … scooted for 77 more yards on the ground the following week against UChicago, including another touchdown, this time from 4 yards out … also served as the holder on place kicks.
2023
Earned Academic All-Midwest Conference team for a third consecutive year … gained more experience behind center against Chicago, Lake Forest and Illinois College … connected on 4-of-7 throws for 33 yards against the Foresters … also played in the 14-7 win over Grinnell.
2022
Named to Academic All-Midwest Conference team for second straight year … recipient of the K-Club Award, conferred on the student-athlete athlete who maintained an outstanding academic record during his sophomore year, lettered in two sports and is selected by the athletics department staff as contributing most significantly to the athletics program … saw action in seven games … completed his first collegiate pass attempt for 14 yards against Lake Forest, plus ran for 49 yards on just five carries in the contest … pressed into duty in a 20-10 loss to Illinois College, completing seven passes for 71 yards.
2021
Received Academic All-Midwest Conference honors … took snaps against Lake Forest and in victories over Beloit and Grinnell … had a 15-yard run against Beloit.

Has two sisters … born on June 30, 2003 … goes by A.J. to friends … member of the Prairie Fire track and field team as well … K-Club Award recipient in 2023 … enjoys film photography, hiking, juggling and golf … would like to pursue a career in athletics administration before transitioning to law school to become an attorney … came to Knox to pursue a quality education with the opportunity to play two sports.
