Clifford Jordan joins the Prairie Fire women’s soccer staff after serving as an assistant coach with Alabama State women’s soccer, a Division I program in Montgomery, AL. He was primarily responsible for a goalkeeping core that claimed 5 SWAC Goalkeepers of the Week awards as well as won the program's first SWAC conference title as well as their first NCAA tournament bid in program history.
 
Before Alabama State Jordan served as the men's assistant coach with Lincoln College (IL), where the team went 9-4 and advanced to the quarterfinals in Region 24. Under Jordan, multiple starting goalkeepers on the roster held a save percentage of .800 or better and a Goals Against Average (GAA) under 1.9.
 
A native of Dunnellon, FL, Jordan graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health. While at USF, he worked with the women's soccer program from 2012-2013 as an undergraduate assistant coach where he assisted in preparing goalkeepers, video analysis, team/player scouting, camp operations, and the day-to-day training.
 
Before Lincoln College, Jordan held the role of Director of Goalkeeping at First Hernando Youth Soccer Club. There, he worked with youth goalkeepers at all levels of the game in-season and off-season. He developed and trained goalkeepers that went on and played in all levels of NCAA and JUCO soccer.
 
Jordan holds a NSCAA National Diploma, Level 3 goalkeeping diploma, and a USSF license.
