MOUNT PLEASANT, Iowa -- Volleyball lost a tough five-set match at Iowa Wesleyan in a non-conference match Tuesday.

Knox (9-11, 4-0 MWC) had four match points in the fifth set but couldn't convert on any of them as the Prairie Fire fell to the Iowa Wesleyan Tigers 23-25, 25-23, 22-25, 25-19, 16-18. The Prairie Fire put themselves in a hole in the first set, starting down 0-6, only to fight back and lose a tough first set.  

The next three sets were back and forth, and the fifth set early on looked as though it would be all Iowa Wesleyan, who led 10-5. Knox came back to life and found themselves ahead 14-12 but could not put the Tigers away.

Knox will play at home this weekend for two conference matches on Friday at 7:00 pm vs. Lawrence and Saturday at 1:00 pm vs. St. Norbert.
