The Prairie Fire expanded their lead in the second quarter by continuing their run and scoring another 12 unanswered points. Beloit started to get going, but Knox headed to halftime up 30-12.

The Prairie Fire began the second half on a 14-0 run to take a commanding 44-12 lead. The Buccaneers again made a late run, but Knox still held a 51-26 lead by the end of the third quarter.

The fourth quarter was evenly contested, but Knox still pulled away a bit more. The Prairie Fire were able to cruise to victory and got their subs in early in the period.

Jessica Lee led Knox with 18 points on 8-of-12 shooting. McCall and Nyah Daniels each added 11 points.

"It was a great team effort tonight," said head coach Emily Cline. "It was great to put together four solid quarters. Jess Lee had a big night for us."

Knox will look to expand on a three game winning streak as they head to Lake Forest tomorrow.
