ROCK ISLAND, Illinois - The Prairie Fire volleyball team dropped a match to Augustana 3-0 on Thursday night.

Emme Patton led Knox with 13 assists. Olivia Hukel tallied 12 digs and Chiho Okada tacked on 10 digs. Maya McEwen, Abbie Layne, and Allie Dockins added four kills apiece.

"Augustana is very good team," said head coach Lonnie Rinell. "They came at us all match and we made some adjustments after the first set that worked. We just need to continue improving as we have our first home match coming up."

The Prairie Fire return to action on September 12 as they host Blackburn for their home opener.
