WHITEWATER, Wis. / MONMOUTH, Ill. – Lance Miller may have run on his own on Friday, but that did not stop the Knox College senior from once again running his way into the program record book.

Competing at the Midwest Elite Meet on Friday in Whitewater, Wisconsin, Miller became the first Knox runner to break the 15-minute mark in the 5k. Miller covered the track in 14:54.78, finishing 25th overall out of 100.
