Lance Miller led the way again for the Knox College indoor track and field team, finishing second in the 3000 meters at the Illinois College Invite on Saturday. Miller covered the course in 8:36.23, setting another program record by over two seconds. Miller bested the mark he set earlier this season. 
The 3000 meters was the event for Knox as freshman Elsie Conwell finished sixth in the women's event, crossing in 11:02.27. Conwell's time places her third all-time in program history.
Another freshman, Delylah Briscoe, gave Knox another top 10 finish, crossing ninth in the 200 dash in 28.25.
Knox is in action at Monmouth College next Saturday.
