Played in all 10 games, starting five at safety and two others at cornerback … tied for fourth on the team with 45 tackles, tied for second with three pass breakups … came up big in the season opener, recording four tackles, one for a 4-yard loss, and blocking a PAT attempt, which he nearly returned for a defensive PAT … that block proved to be the difference in the 7-6 win over Eureka, which netted him the
Midwest Conference Special Teams Performer of the Week award … lone stop the next week went for a loss in the 17-13 win at Beloit … dropped nine Red Hawks to the turf in a 24-17 loss at Ripon … all six of his stops against Illinois College were solo … broke up a pair of passes at Cornell College … ended his season and career by matching a personal best with 10 tackles versus rival Monmouth, plus intercepted a pass and returned it 7 yards.
2023
Played in all 10 games and was fourth on the team in tackles plus third in pass breakups … served as the primary return man on kickoffs and punts as well, ranking second in the league in kickoff return average … came up with a season-high 10 stop against Ripon … picked off a pass to help Knox defeat Lawrence, 48-28.
2022
Participated in eight games and led the team with three interceptions … chosen as the
Midwest Conference Defensive Performer of the Week after picking off two passes, not to mention breaking up another pass, in the 28-7 victory over Grinnell … intercepted a Beloit pass the week prior and returned it 28 yards in an eventual 34-25 triumph.
2021
Totaled 19 tackles as a rookie while also picking off a pass and breaking up four others (second on the squad) during the season … came up with a season-high seven stops with a PBU in the 56-28 win over Lawrence.
