Galesburg, IL – The Prairie Fire tries to earn a season split against Lawrence University in Midwest Conference play on Saturday at Memorial Gymnasium.
Knox (1-13, 1-8 MWC) looks to rebound after falling 91-51 to Carroll University at home on January 12. The Vikings (6-8, 4-5 MWC) have dropped two straight games after losing to Ripon College 83-58 at Alexander Gym on January 15.
Lawrence defeated the Prairie Fire 81-66 in Appleton, Wisconsin on December 1 in the first meeting between the schools this season. Knox split with the Vikings last season, winning 71-66 on December 1, 2011 at Lawrence and losing 92-83 at home on January 20, 2012.
The Vikings own a 1-4 record away from home this season. Their lone road victory was 78-76 against Illinois College on November 25.
