MOUNT VERNON, Iowa—The Prairie Fire men's tennis team dropped a conference match to Cornell 0-9 on Saturday.
 
Knox (0-14, 0-6 MWC) had close matches in many of the singles matches and at #2 doubles, but could not quite get a victory.
 
The Prairie Fire will travel to Grinnell on April 22 in their final regular season match before the Midwest Conference Championships on April 27 and 28.
