BELOIT, Wisconsin - The Prairie Fire swimming and diving teams competed in a double dual against Beloit and Ripon on Saturday.
"We were tired and a little beat up but I am proud of the way the team pushed through," said head coach Jonathan Powers. "With no meets for a little while we can focus on the little things we need to do to be better."
Joe Pederson placed second in the men's 200 free (2:06.05) and second in the 200 IM (2:23.38).
Alyssa Stinger finished second in the women's 50 fly with a time of :29.87.
Kiely Thompson earned a third place finish in the women's 50 breast (:40.30).
The Prairie Fire return to action on December 3 and 4 when they travel to Grinnell for the Pioneer Classic.
