Against Bethany Lutheran, Dockins racked up eight kills. Patton tallied 24 assists and Okada and Maya McEwen each grabbed 19 digs. Abbie Layne notched five kills and five solo blocks.
"We played better today, especially in the first two sets against Bethany Lutheran," said head coach Lonnie Rinell. "We have some things to work on, but I am confident that we can get some things shored up in practice. We had a lot of good individual performances today, now we will focus on bringing those performances out as a team."
The Prairie Fire return to action on September 7 as they travel to Augustana.
