HILBERT, WIS. - Aniela Rossi helped lead Knox to a two win week as she scored in both games, including two goals against Grinnell which awarded her with MWC Offensive Player of the Week.

Rossi's impressive performance started when she buried both goals in Knox's 2-1 win over Grinnell at Jorge Prats Field.

She then aided in the Prairie Fire win at Cornell as she was one of three goal scorers.

Coach Gerdes said, "Aniela has been a constant for us creating attacking opportunities. Her 3 goals this week are just one part of her impact on the pitch. Her effort and determination are key parts of her success. I am very proud of her and this honor is well deserved!"

Rossi has netted five goals throughout the season, including two game-winning goals.

The two wins on the week propels the Prairie Fire to 5-4-0, and they remain undefeated in Midwest Conference play as they are 3-0-0.

The Prairie Fire will stay on the road for their first match of the week on Tuesday at Beloit, but they return home on Saturday when they host Lawrence at 1:30 p.m..
