The Knox College men's golf team finished 29th at this weekend's 41-team Illinois Wesleyan Invite. The Prairie Fire shot a two-day total of 629, shooting a 301 in round one and a 328 in the second round. Illinois Wesleyan won the meet with a 578.
Pranav Nandakumar led Knox, tying for 11th with a 145. Nandakumar shot a -3 68 on day one and followed that with a 77 on the second day.
Nathaniel Zug was next for Knox, tying for 149th with a 159. Gabe Newman tied for 175th with a 161,
Saransh Raina was tied for 204th with a 164 and
Jaxson Forman was tied for 249th with a 178.
The Knox men are next at the Monmouth Fighting Scot Invite on April 11-12.
