GALESBURG, Illinois—The Prairie Fire women's tennis team picked up their first win of the season on Sunday.

Knox (1-3) dominated the match against Dominican, securing an 8-1 victory. Emily Miller, Maddie Schacht, Savannah Sailors, Annaliese McDermott, and Melissa Smith all won their doubles matches. The doubles pairs of Sailors and Schact, Smith and McDermott, and Miller and Clare Colt also defeated their counterparts from the Stars.

The Prairie Fire host Illinois College on September 6 in their conference opener.
