PELLA, Iowa—The Prairie Fire women's tennis team dropped a pair of matches to Central College and Simpson College on Saturday.
 
Knox (0-3) fell to Central 9-0 in the morning and then fell to Simpson 6-3 in the afternoon.
 
Miranda Corbett, Maddie Schacht, and Lauren Sparks earned singles wins in the Simpson match.
 
The Prairie Fire travel to the University of Dubuque on Monday in search of their first win of the season.
