GRINNELL, Iowa – The Midwest Conference (MWC) announced its Performers of the Week award recipients for games played December 18-31, 2023 on Wednesday.
 
MWC sports information directors nominate student-athletes for the Performer of the Week honor by sport and vote as a committee to select the winners.
 
For the winter season, Performers of the Week will be recognized every week on Monday (basketball) and Tuesday (indoor track & field, swimming & diving) once their seasons have been triggered (three MWC institutions competing) and will conclude the week prior to the sport-specific Conference tournament/championship.
 
The Performer of the Week award winner for Knox is:
 

Women's Basketball Performer of the Week
Kylee Callahan, Knox College
Callahan led the Prairie Fire to a pair of victories in the Puerto Rico Clasico over winter break. Knox defeated St. Mary's College of Maryland 76-55 and Manhattanville 86-80. Callahan scored 42 total points and grabbed 24 rebounds over the two games.
