Knox College Prairie Fire

Stephanie Nelson, hailing from Newton, Kansas, earned five points at the championships with her weight throw of 14.74 meters (48 feet 4.5 inches), which left her in fourth place behind three Monmouth throwers. The school record holder in this event, Nelson has been named the Knox Female Athlete of the Week twice this season.
