Lance Miller continued his assault on the Knox College indoor track and field record book this weekend at the Midwest Conference Indoor Track and Field Invitational, setting a pair of program records.

The senior demolished both his mile and 3000-meter school records over the weekend, while also setting a bit of MWC history as well.

On Friday night, Miller set the school record in the mile, winning the conference title in 4:16.08. Miller's time not only broke a school record but also set a new MWC Indoor Meet record.

On Saturday, Miller was not done, breaking his own school record in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:31.09, good for third overall.

As an individual, Miller accounted for 16 of Knox's 19 team points.
